Amparo Ramos is a seasoned administrative professional with over 20 years of experience supporting executive leadership and optimizing operations in higher education. At UNC Charlotte, she serves as an executive assistant in Student Affairs, managing high‑level communications, events, financial processes, and Tuition, Housing, and Dining appeals. She is known for streamlining workflows, building strong cross‑departmental partnerships, and executing large-scale events with precision.

Prior to UNC Charlotte, Amparo worked at Cuyahoga Community College, ultimately serving as enrollment center manager, where she led admissions, records, enrollment services, and student support operations. She also previously worked at NASA’s Glenn Research Center as a Contract Specialist. Amparo holds an International MBA from Baldwin Wallace University (magna cum laude) and a BBA in Organizational Management from Tiffin University (summa cum laude). She remains active in community service and professional development.
