Traesha D. Pritchard, M.S.
As assistant director for marketing services, Traesha brings professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design and public relations.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Traesha worked at Johnson C. Smith University in enrollment management as communications coordinator prior to her arrival at UNC Charlotte. She was also site manager and social media coordinator at Girls Inc. Jacksonville.
Traesha holds a B.S. in communications with a concentration in broadcasting and M.S. in mass media arts and journalism with a certification in public relations from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
During her time at Clarion, Traesha served as the graduate assistant for the Department of Communications. Also while at Clarion, she founded the QUEENS organization, which serves to support women of color in education spaces. QUEENS currently serves the campuses of Clarion University of PA, Slippery Rock University of PA, Temple University, Johnson C. Smith University and multiple middle and elementary schools in the Pittsburgh area.
